Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, 14.12.2006 – Nordrhein-Westfalen’s Secretary for Federal and European Affairs, Michael Breuer (CDU) learned about the Europäische Akademie’s work.

Breuer and other politicians from the region were welcomed by Professor Dr. Dr. h.c. Carl Friedrich Gethmann, Director of the Europäische Akademie. Project Co-ordinator Dr. Margret Engelhard presented the current project “Pharming. Genetically Modified Plants and Animals as Future Production Site of Pharmaceuticals?”. There was room for discussion afterwards. Heinz-Wilhelm Schaumann (European Appointee of the regional CDU section) was also present.
